Who processes your data

The data controller is RAM Spedition s.r.o., company ID 05547385, registered office Vranovská 1976/28, 251 01 Říčany, Czech Republic. Questions can be sent to doprava@ramspedition.cz or by phone on +420 607 015 015.

What data we process

The data you send us via the enquiry form, e-mail or phone: name, company, e-mail, phone and transport details (loading and unloading places, date, cargo description).

If you apply for a job, we process the data in your application and CV.

Why and on what legal basis

We process enquiry data to prepare a quote and to conclude and perform a transport contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep accounting and tax documents because the law requires us to (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Job applicants' data is processed for the selection procedure. Afterwards we delete it unless you consent to us keeping it longer.

How long we keep data

Enquiries that did not lead to a contract are deleted within 3 years at the latest. Contract data and accounting documents are kept for the period required by law.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We share it only to the extent necessary with the carriers performing the transport and with IT service providers (hosting, e-mail), who process it within the EU and according to our instructions.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.gov.cz).
